BalticLocalize – Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter – Terms) govern the relationship between the BalticLocalize online store (hereinafter – Seller) and its customer (hereinafter – Buyer) regarding the purchase of digital goods. By completing a purchase, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1.2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to all transactions made in the online store. By ticking the agreement checkbox at checkout, the Buyer confirms they have read and unconditionally agree to these Terms.
1.3. Definition of Goods
The store sells digital goods – WordPress plugin and theme translation packages (.PO, .MO, .L10N, .JSON files) – delivered electronically. These are not physical goods and the physical return regime does not apply.
2. Formation of the Purchase Contract
2.1. When the Contract Is Formed
The contract between the Seller and Buyer is formed when the Buyer: selects items and proceeds to checkout, accepts these Terms, clicks “Pay Now” / “Place Order”, and receives an order confirmation by email.
2.2. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Payment is considered completed when funds are received by the Seller’s payment processor (Stripe or PayPal). All transactions are processed through PCI DSS-certified channels – no card data is stored on the Seller’s servers.
2.3. Order Confirmation
An order confirmation and invoice are sent automatically to the Buyer’s email address within 5 minutes of successful payment.
3. Delivery and Access to Digital Goods
3.1. Delivery Method and Timeframe
Digital goods are delivered electronically via a download link sent by email and accessible through the Buyer’s account. Access is granted within 5 minutes of payment confirmation.

3.2. Buyer’s Responsibility
The Buyer is responsible for providing a valid, working email address at checkout. The Seller is not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address.
3.3. Download Limits
The Buyer is granted unlimited downloads through their account for the duration of the licence.
4. Returns and 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
4.1. Withdrawal Right (EU Law)
Under Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, the Buyer’s statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been delivered and where the Buyer has given prior express consent and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is lost upon delivery.
⚠️ By completing a purchase and ticking the consent checkbox, the Buyer confirms they understand that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to digital goods already received.
4.2. Commercial 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
✅ The Seller voluntarily provides a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase – going beyond what is legally required.
The guarantee applies when:
- The translation does not work with the specified plugin or theme after correct installation.
- The received file is corrupt or incomplete.
- The product does not match its description on the website.
The guarantee does not apply if:
- The Buyer installed the files incorrectly (not following the provided instructions).
- The issue is caused by the Buyer’s server configuration or third-party plugin conflicts.
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase.
To claim the guarantee, contact info@balticlocalize.com with your order number and a description of the issue. The Seller will respond within 48 business hours and will fix the issue or issue a full refund.
5. Intellectual Property and Licence
5.1. Ownership
All rights to the digital goods sold in this store (including copyright in the translation content and structure) belong to the Seller and are protected under Lithuanian and international law.
5.2. Licence Granted
Upon purchase, the Buyer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, unlimited-site licence to use the purchased translation package in their own and their clients’ WordPress projects.
✅ Permitted: use on an unlimited number of websites – both personal and client projects.
🚫 Prohibited: reselling, publicly distributing, uploading to other stores or bundles, sublicensing, or otherwise transferring the digital goods to third parties without the Seller’s written consent.
6. Data Protection
The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. The Buyer must review the Privacy Policy before making a purchase.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Technical Environment
The Seller is not liable for damage or issues arising from the Buyer’s server environment, third-party plugin or theme conflicts, incorrect WordPress configuration, or modifications made by the Buyer to the purchased files.
7.2. Maximum Liability
In all cases, the Seller’s total liability to the Buyer shall not exceed the price paid by the Buyer for the specific product in question.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved by negotiation. If no agreement is reached within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved in a competent court in Kaunas, Lithuania.
8.2. EU Online Dispute Resolution
EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
8.3. Amendments
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. The Buyer is advised to review these Terms periodically.
